Suresh Oberoi as Rajkumar

In a film based on Veerappan,Kishore will play brigands role.Arjun Sarja will appear as STF head Vijay Kumar

AKannada film on late Veerappan is all set to go on floors, with actor Kishore playing the forest brigands role.Bollywood actor Suresh Oberoi has been roped in to don the role of late Rajkumar, who was abducted by the sandalwood smuggler.Earlier, veteran Telugu actor Akkineni Nageshwar Rao was to play the role, but the 86-year-old actor opted out, citing old age.
Arjun Sarja is playing Vijay Kumar, the former head of Special Task Force, who is said to have gunned down the forest brigand.
Sources say director AMR Ramesh is hunting for suitable locations for the film titled Attahasa. The makers say Suresh Oberoi has agreed to do the role. However, his character the kidnapping and the subsequent events will not be the central theme of the flick.Instead, the film focuses on the lifespan of Veerappan. The legendary actor was kept in captivity for 108 days by Veerappan and released after an alleged ransom was paid.Kishore has reduced his weight considerably for the project.I have to look like someone living in the forest, he says. But he is not going to sport a handle-bar moustache similar to the one Veerappan sported.
It will take me at least two years. That is not possible now.A moustache was imported, but that did not suit the requirement. Now a special one is being designed specially for the role, he says.Nagappa Maradagi, who was abducted along with Rajkumar, will reprise the same role in the film.So will Shivakumar, who spent nearly three years in jail for his alleged links with Veerappan. The film will also be made in Tamil as Vana Yuddham.A film on Veerappan was made in Kannada years before he abducted Rajkumar. It won the best actor state award for Devraj.

GO ON,HAVE A BABY

An increasing number of women are becoming pregnant in their late 30s.Our expert provides insights and tips on how to have a healthy offspring

Aishwarya Rai is not the only one who wants to have a baby at the age of 37.A whole lot of working women in the city are opting to have babies only after they have turned 35.The trend is on the rise and it is evident at gynaecologist Dr Duru Shahs clinic."I cant put a specific number to it,but off late I handle more cases of pregnant women in their late 30s and 40s,compared to what I did five years ago.The cases are specific to working women,"she says.
Pregnancy acts like a bump in the middle of a career path for an ambitious woman, whether she is an actor, business woman or a corporate professional. As a result, the marriageable age for a lot of city women has gone up from 26-28 to 34-35 years.Shah says,"It makes it difficult for her to get to the top in time. When they reach there, they can then think about the baby."
However there is a slight risk involved when women decide to have babies at an older age.As the body clock keeps ticking, the chance of having healthy babies reduces with every passing year.According to Shah,a baby girl has two million eggs in the womb.By the time she is born, she loses a million of them. The other one million lie dormant till the time she reaches puberty. After puberty,a girl loses 20-25 eggs per menstrual cycle. The healthiest of the eggs are released first till the young age of 30.As the unhealthy ones are reserved for later years, complications could arise with the mother or the baby during pregnancy. On an average,a woman hits menopause by 47-50 years.
Aparna Deven Verma,42 years, got married four years ago. With everybody else getting married in her circle, there was a lot of pressure on her from her peers and family to get married in her 20s.At times she even felt left out.But she was not ready for it.She wanted to start her own garments business and see it grow."I was not ready for marriage,"she says."I had a dream to accomplish. If I got married and had kids early,I dont think I would have done justice to my role as a wife and mother."Verma had her first child,a baby boy,at 39,and her second child,a baby girl, two years later. She had normal deliveries without complications.

PROS

FINANCIAL STABILITY

Having had the time to establish herself in her career,Verma was financially well off to have babies and offer them a good upbringing. She was less concerned with her own needs and could devote the money entirely to her children."To have a baby is a big decision for a younger couple who are mid-way in their career,"she says."With rising expenses,it means they will have to curtail on their own needs to bring up a child.I never had such issues."

EMOTIONAL MATURITY

Verma got married to a person who she knew for 15 years."I had seen the world and grown as a person,"she says. When many younger couples get divorced due to differences, she had developed good compatibility with her husband."We
knew each other in all sorts of circumstances. This provided a solid
ground to raise a family,"she adds.

DEVOTED MOTHER

Settled in her career,Verma doesnt
feel any other pressure that will pull her away from giving full attention to her children."I fell very comfortable with motherhood. It wouldnt have been the same if I had kids earlier.Since I am not struggling to make a career now,I will always be available to my kids and have time to attend their birthdays every year,"she says.

HIGH TOLERANCE

Mature women also develop a higher tolerance level for their children."Women become a wiser and a patient parent as they mature,"says Dr Shah.

CONS

DECREASED FERTILITY

Dr Shah gives a rough low down on how fertility diminishes with age.She says,"If you take 100 women under the age of 30 and ask them to have sex for a year with their husbands, chances are 70 per cent of them will get pregnant.Take same number of women of age 35 years, and 60 per cent will get pregnant. At 37 years, the rate will be at 47 per cent.At 40 years,it will be 20 per cent and at 44,it will be hard to conceive.

LONGER TIME TO CONCEIVE

The ovaries produce few eggs at an
older age.So it takes much longer to
become pregnant beyond 40-42
years.

COMPLICATION WITH BABYS HEALTH

Because of a decline in a mothers health, premature delivery resulting in weak babies, stillbirths, miscarriages
and risk of type-1 diabetes and high
blood pressure developing in the
baby are high.

TIPS TO HAVE HEALTHY BABIES

1

If you are already 35 years old and don't have a spouse yet,the best thing to do is go to a gynaecologist and freeze your eggs. This will give you a better chance to get pregnant with you own egg instead of relying on a donor's,when you find a suitable partner.

2

Live a healthy lifestyle and exercise regularly.Cut down on smoking as it leads to premature menopause.

3

Most unmarried working women today are sexually active in their 30s.Many of them have abortions because they are not ready for the child yet.A series of abortions can damage the fallopian tubes beyond repair, thereby harming the chances of later getting pregnant.Abortions also increase the chance of internal surgical injuries affecting the fertility.

4

Women should not consider emergency contraceptive pills, such as I-pill,as a regular contraceptive, cautions Dr Shah."They are not meant to be consumed every time you have unprotected sex,but only for emergency situations,as they can cause severe side effects.

A picture-perfect ending

The last day of the Ajay Devgn-starrer Singham shoot interestingly was also the climax shot of the remake film

Ajay Devgn was shooting for some portions of Singham at the IMA hall in Juhu recently. It was the last day of the shoot. And interestingly, the climax was getting shot when we landed up on the sets.
Dressed up as a cop,Ajay, who plays the main protagonist Bajirao Singham in the Rohit Shetty film, had to deal with an officers family. He had to make sure that his character,Singham has provided justice to them. The scene, unlike most Rohit Shetty moments was not one that involved jokes. That was probably the first thing that struck us.Being on a Rohit Shetty film set,one automatically starts expecting the Golmaal fun. This definitely was not it.
The scene culminated with the other cops,Singhams colleagues applauding his success. And then Ajay turns to the people posing as media and salutes them. This was a pictureperfect end moment to shoot,we thought. After all,it was the last day of the shoot as well.
After a few takes,Rohit screams,Okay. And then pack-up is announced. But all is not over yet.Ajay Devgn takes his friend Rohit to a corner. We see them discussing the pending song and the response to the promos of the film already on air.The chemistry between the two strike us even as we stand far away. After the friends discussion is over,a junior artiste comes forward to get his pictures clicked with Ajay and Rohit.Ajay rushes off to somewhere. And we go off for a break.
After the shoot, however,Rohit rejoins us in his van.The shoot is now over.We were to wrap by afternoon but it got delayed, explains the filmmaker and breathes a sigh of relief.

Jacqueline in high demand

The actress flies off to London for Nadiadwalas Housefull 2,while the Bhatts tear their hair out

Jacqueline Fernandez has been the apple of Vishesh Films' eye.The media has been abuzz about how tight they have been. However, now the same Jacqueline Fernandez has landed the production house in a fix.The actress has flown to London to shoot for Housefull 2,when she should be in Mumbai promoting her next release Murder 2,which is just a fortnight away. The film has already been in the news.
Naturally, the Bhatts are not too pleased about these turn of events.Defending Jacqueline,a source said,She had no choice. She was required for Housefull 2 in the last week of June and the first week of July and she just couldn't say 'No'.Needless to say that Jacqueline did not want to ruffle feathers with the Nadiadwala camp.
At such a crucial time, the Bhatts, obviously, are not too pleased with her disappearance. Now she's gone, what can be done At the most, she might fly down for just a few days before Murder 2 hits the theatres, woh bhi pakka nahin hai. When contacted,Mahesh told Mirror,I was angry with Mukesh and the production team.We have a premium product in Murder 2,which is now a franchise. The marketing should reach its peak in the last few days, but now Jacqueline has gone away. The film has a very high erotic content and hence it is important that the female lead of your film is there on every platform with you towards the end, during the promotional phase right before the audience sees it.
Mahesh added,Mukesh and the production team should have made arrangements to rope her into the publicity campaigns.
Mukesh Bhatt however, had a different take on this. When contacted,he said,I called Sajid Nadiadwala, but got no response. If I was in Sajid's place I would have let her go.They have capitalised on her casting in Murder 2 since she has only now become hot property.
"Hereafter,I will ensure that I have a legal contract with every actor that they have to be actively involved in the promotion, he added.Though the production house could not do anything, they are at their wits' end regarding the film's promotion. With everyone demanding Jackie's time, there is no doubt that she indeed has become hot property.

Steaming hot

A book that recounts spicy tales about Kannada cinema has had three reprints in a week of its release. The writer now mulls a sequel

Be it books or films, nothing sells like controversies.A book in Kannada that features some of Sandalwoods darkest stories is flying off shelves.Check out the samples from the book aptly titled Off the Record and you will know why it had to have three reprints in a week of its release. The publishers, however, declined to reveal the exact number of copies. In the 80s,Bollywood actor Amitabh Bachchan called legendary actor Rajkumar mini-Hitler,leading to a flare-up before the shooting of Coolie.Actor Tara and photographer Venu's love blossomed in a newspaper office.Written by veteran film journalist Ganesh Kasargod, the book is not just a compilation of unpublished film gossip, but in a way it records the history of Kannada cinema in the last few decades.Untold squabbles between actors, directors and some steamy tales from the industry are also part of the book.
The writer says it is not a deliberate ploy to cook up controversies in the autumn of his career.
I took a conscious decision to write this particular book after much c o n s i d e r a t i o n.Many episodes in the book happened years ago and in some cases the actors concerned have passed away.Stories termed off-the-record by film personalities are many times told with the intention that they should be published. There are also episodes that resulted after something was written, says Ganesh.
On the Bachchan-Raj Kumar story,he says the drama unfolded after a Mumbaibased trade magazine quoted an unknown actor as saying that Rajkumar was like a 'mini Hitler' in Karnataka'.Soon word spread that the actor was none other than Big B.
Though privately circulated, the news soon found its way to Bangalore where Bachchan was to shoot major sequences for his film Coolie.
Expectedly, screening of his films was halted across the state and the proposed shooting plans were on the brink.A flareup looked imminent.
The book narrates how a secret meeting between the two legends was arranged and a major showdown was averted.Bachchan,it is written, met Rajkumar at his residence and again on the sets of Bhakta Prahalada.
Radhika's parents were critical of abusive about actors like Vishnuvardhan and Ravichandran whom they described as too 'old' to act opposite their daughter. Now Radhika has a husband in real life who is old enough to be her father, says Ganesh, jokingly.
A chapter in the book also chronicles how Radhika's parents remote-controlled her career from behind the scenes.Another chapter recites how Anant Nag was saved from committing suicide by his actress-wife Gayathri in the nick of time. The author is so overwhelmed by the response that he is toying with the idea of writing a sequel.
Will it be called On the Record We wonder.

KICKED IN THE BELLY

The song DK Bose has now landed the Censor Board in trouble with the I&B Ministry sending in a formal mail questioning their actions

Giving a go ahead to the Delhi Belly song DK Bose seems to have landed the censor board in a lot of trouble.Though producer Aamir Khan and actor Imran Khan are happy about the decision, the masses arent. The Information and Broadcasting Ministry and the Censor Board have been receiving letters from the angry masses demanding an explanation for having passed a song with a word that sounds obscene when played in loop. The I&B Ministry in turn has written to the censor board asking them to look into the matter.
A senior member from the censor board,on request of anonymity, confirmed the same to us and said,Haan aisa hota hai.If there is a public protest against any decision taken by the board, the I&B Ministry asks the board to justify their actions.
Surprisingly,it was the sole decision of the CEO of the censor board,Pankaja Thakur to give the song a go ahead. No other member of the committee was present for the screening of the same, informed a source. It is enough to have just one member present for any screening, the source added.
The board however, was not unified on the decision. The song DK Bose should not have been passed. But what can we do We surely cannot contest the decision taken by our seniors (read Pankaja Thakur), revealed the senior member of the board.
And now, this decision has sparked off more than just controversies within the industry.A source close to the censor board informed,Parents are really angry with the song. Its a part of trailers that are screened in theatres along
with U certified films, though Delhi Belly itself has received an A certification. Its also running on national television.Actually, the song did raise a few eyebrows within the censor board as well. The CEO of the censor board,Pankaja Thakur seemingly, remains impervious to such wide spread dissatisfaction. When contacted, she said,The I&B Ministry sent us a complaint that was filed on their website. And we have replied back. And yes,we have also received a few complaints from people. But thats okay.We even received objections to Sheila Ki Jawaani (Tees Maar Khan) and Munni Badnaam Hui (Dabangg) as well.
Even the complaints from the people of India has failed to budge Pankajas decision. We do not certify backwards, she said.
Interestingly, the Assistant Regional Officer of the censor board,Amitabh Sharma was transferred to Bangalore while the song in question was still on the table. While the industry is abuzz with stories of Sharma being relocated because he had objected to the song,Pankaja denied all such charges.I am not a tyrant. Its just that the Bangalore office needed somebody.Who knows,Amitabh might be back in some time, said Pankaja.
Aamirs spokesperson defended,DK Bose is just a name. Some people are capable of seeing abusive language in everything. It depends on how your mind works. We cant help it.

Anushka scores for looking young

The actresss youth and her connections with YRF land her a role in Yashs untitled project with Katrina Kaif and Shah Rukh Khan

It might appear that she is second fiddle to Katrina Kaif, but Anushka Sharma knows whats good for her.The rapport that the young actress shares with YRF have made her an obvious choice for directors Yash and Aditya Chopras much-talked about untitled project.Sharma will now join Shah Rukh Khan and Katrina Kaif,in Yashs directorial project since Veer Zaara,in 2004.
Our source explained,The script requires a strong actor for the second lead in the film.Yash and Aditya were scouting around and then thought that Anushka seemed to be an obvious choice, for more than one reason. The role required an actress, who looks younger than Katrina Kaif. And few actresses fit that requirement.Anushka was just the right choice.Plus,Yash Chopra is really fond of her.
If all goes as planned, this film will mark Anushkas fifth time working with YRF.Also, she is the only actress to work with both Yash and Aditya Chopra at the same time, unlike Kajol,Rani Mukerji,Aishwarya Rai and Preity Zinta, who have only worked with one of the two directors.
Despite repeated attempts,YRF remained unavailable for comment

Lost in transition

In the wake of rumours of their closeness,Ajay shuns Kangna on the sets ofTezz

Ajay Devgn after going all out to promote his Once Upon A Time in Mumbaai co-star and close friend since around the same time,Kangna Ranaut has suddenly retraced his steps. On the sets of their film Tezz in London, the actor has been giving the girl what we call the cold shoulder treatment.Though professionally, everything seems to be in sync, the actors are not even talking to each other on a personal level anymore. This attitude shift in Devgn apparently occurred after too many disturbing reports of his proclivities towards Ranaut started making their way to the media. The rumour gained momentum when Devgn and his friend Rohit Shetty had a spat over casting Kangna as the female lead in Shettys film Singham.Though Shetty being the director wanted either Kareena or a fresh face for the role,Devgn wanted it to be Kangna. After that,he took a decision to stay away from Ranaut. Why he chose to do that,is however not known, revealed a source.
On her recent trip to London to finish the shoot of Tezz,Ranaut received a rather cold welcome from her once close friend and co-star Devgn.Incidentally,Devgns wife Kajol was also around.A source from the sets informed,Ajay was clearly avoiding Kangna while she shot for her concluding portions in Tez.It was clear that there is some problem between the two.
The personal upheavals however did not have any adverse effect on the shoot. Both are extremely passionate about their work and have a very professional attitude towards it, explained the source.
Now,it remains to be seen whether Ajay and Kangna sign any other project together in the future.Kangna had already told Mumbai Mirror in an interview (February 2,2011),Ajay and I are thinking of not doing films together for two-three years. We are taking a break from each other professionally.Thats how Ajay also feels

Sonakshi to romance Dawood

The actress joins the race to play Mandakini in Ekta Kapoors Once Upon A Time In Mumbaai 2
First,it was Akshay Kumar who took over Emraan Hashmis character of Dawood in the sequel to Ekta Kapoors 2010 hit Once Upon A Time In Mumbaai. And now,Dabanng girl Sonakshi Sinha has joined the race to play Mandakini,Dawoods love interest in the film.
While media reports suggested that it would be Katrina Kaif,Kareena Kapoor or Deepika Padukone to pair up with Akki in this Milan Luthria directed film, looks like after the success of her debut,Shatrughans little daughter might be the one to romance the actor on screen.
A source told Mumbai Mirror,Ekta Kapoor and Milan Luthria are taking their time to choose the leading lady for Once Upon A Time In Mumbaai 2.They want the girl to be perfect.Initially, they wanted a leading lady to essay the role of Mandakini. But now, they are considering Sonakshi Sinha.
The fact that Akshay Kumar and Sonakshi are already working for two films together seems to be working in favour of the young actress.Akshay and Sonakshi are already doing Shirish Kunders Joker and Sanjay Leela Bhansalis Rowdy Rathod to be directed by Prabhudeva together.Ekta and Milan will obviously keep that in mind while making their choice, added the source.
The casting apart from Akshay, however is not final yet. They are still looking for the parallel hero in the film.Once the second actor is finalised,Ekta and Milan will take a call on who will play the leading lady, confirmed the source.
Now we have to wait and watch to find out if Sonakshi turns into Dawoods love for Ekta.

SEPIANOTES An eye popper

Rajesh Khanna and Amitabh Bachchan take direction from Hrishikesh Mukherjee on the sets of their 1973 blockbuster Namak Haraam. And by Khannas expression, this must have been a real eye popper of a scene in discussion.Immortalised on reel by ace lensman Shyam Aurangabadkar, this picture brings back memories of the good old 70s when printed shirts made from the same fabric worn by two actors were a popular fad.Remember how Amitabh and Dhramendra in the song Sa Re Ga Ma from Chupke Chupke, also directed by Hrishikesh Mukherjee, wore the same shirt In this picture however,Amitabh shares the shirt chemistry with his costar Rajesh Khanna. After a striking onscreen shared by the actors in the 1972 Hrishikesh Mukherjee film Anand, they were brought together once again by the director to essay the roles of the two friends Somu and Vicky in Namak Haraam.Ironically,in real life, they were far from being friends.Rajesh Khanna who had ruled the silver screen till Bachchan came on the scene had major ego clashes with the younger star. They later went on to have a cold war that ran over decades until a couple of years back, while presenting the lifetime achievement award to Khanna at an award function overseas,Bachchan mentioned that the term superstar was originally coined for Rajesh Khanna.
In the picture, however, all seems to be well between the two actors. While Bachchan is busy concentrating on what Hrishikesh Mukherjee is saying,Khanna seems to be shocked with something on the other side.Or perhaps it was the scene that got his eyes popping out.Well never know.

sallu like chocolate

Trust Salman to do nothing in half measures, even if it's indulging his sweet tooth. This paper has learnt that the actor is so partial to a variety of chocolate mousse that he imports 200 packets every week from the UK.
After each meal,Sallu consumes four-five helpings that come in packets the size of dairy creamers, necessitating the weekly refills.
Those who have shared the dabba with him also vouch for both the flavour of his mom's cooking as well as the gusto with which Sallu plies first timers with the home-cooked goodies. From bhindi to kebabs to the special prawn curry his mother cooks,it's all extremely delicious. But the problem is that he keeps refilling the plate and won't take no for an answer, says one hapless guest. And if you survive the feast, there's dessert to do you in.We're still trying to decode how, with such conspicuous consumption,he still manages to keep that bod hot.

The Rekha you dont remember

The woman you see amidst all the men is Rekha.Believe it or not,way back in 1975,the diva did sport a double chin and chubby cheeks. The picture captured by lensman Jagdish Aurangabadkar at a charity premiere of Dharam Karam in Alankar on December 1975,brings back memories of the early days of the actress who went on to become Bollywoods top leading actress.
In serious danger of getting hit by Rekha's waving arm is Rahul Dev Burman, the music composer for this Raj Kapoor,Randhir and Rekha starrer.Right in front of the musician and covering most of him in the process,is the original Hanuman of India,Dara Singh displaying his pearlies.
On Rekhas left stands the leading man Randhir Kapoor who also happened to be the director of this film happy in his thin moustache and floral tie.Daddy Raj stands in the middle, his positioning in the picture giving away his powerful position in real life Bollywood.
Eyes, however, get drawn automatically to Rekha who played the role of Basanti in the film. The actress seems to have mastered this art of being the centre of attention long before her Silsila days. This picture not only reminds you of the thick black spectacle frames when they were in vogue but also of the Rekha that was before she became Yash Chopra's Chandni in Silsila.

Sridevi in Judaai

We last got a proper look at her in the 1997 release Judaai. And ever since,we have been yearning to have her back on the silver screen. And now, after 14 long years of marriage and motherhood,Sridevi is all set to make her comeback. However, unlike what many may think,Sri,who has managed to maintain a great figure even in her life off screen these past years, will not be seen on screen in her sexy svelte avatar. The actress has been asked to put on a few kilos for her role in Gauri Shinde's film English Vinglish.
Life seems to have come a full circle for Sridevi, who was a rather chubbycheeked beauty in Padinaru Vayadhinile, over 30 years ago.
A source revealed,People are taken aback by how much weight Sridevi has lost in recent months. She is looking nearly anorexic. It is felt that this look doesn't go with what is required in her role as a housewife in search of her identity.
For those who have just tuned in,Sridevi plays a woman married into a rich family in the film English Vinglish. The fact that she doesn't know the British language makes her the laughing stock. And so,Sri's character enrolls for an English learning course in the UK.There she meets a French guy.Do we need to say what happens next
However,it is for this very role of a perfect little housewife that Sri has been asked to gain the extra pounds. It's ironic since the actress had gone through a very strict health regime to get into perfect shape these past few years. In fact, her husband Boney even revealed jokingly,When the food comes to the table I feel sorry for it.I therefore end up eating for both of us.That's why I'm overweight.
Looks like Boney will have to start sharing his food again. After all,he does want his wife's comeback film to be perfect.

GANESH KASARGOD NOW OFF D RECORD

OFF THE RECORD’ GANESH KASARGOD GOES HALF THE RECORD!
It is not possible for most of the journalists to completely vomit the truth. That would eventually lead to various frictions, controversies and sometimes it will be unnecessary.

Knowing all these facts veteran Journalist colleague Ganesh Kasargod has come out with a book called ‘Off the Record’ that relates to various secrets what Ganesh knew it but not disclosed so far. For this off the record is appropriate to say ‘Half the Record’.

With a magic touch of Om Ganesh the famous magician who has traveled 35 the book was brought out in a magic. Prior to this Om Ganesh given a bowl to Dr Jayamala in which Ganesh Kasargod lighted the lamp. After he closed and opened the blow 30 color jazzy flowers spilled out. From a empty box Om Ganesh brought out the book of Ganesh Kasargod ‘Off the Record’.

Om Ganesh had come to this function especially from Singapore. That is the affection he has on Ganehs Kasargod.

Journalist colleague Sadashiva Shenoy taking a look at the book in just a few minutes said this is a new experiment from a senior journalist. There is a feel of social responsibility. The issues of that zamana might lead to trouble or not. Shenoy narrated a journalist in between two politician for the political off the record.

Shenoy is bringing out another book ‘Hegidda Hegadha Gotta’ written by Ganesh Kasargod from Press Club of Bangalore.
The right observations came from Dr Jayamala who is fond of Ganesh Kasargod articles after reading ‘Chaduridha Chitragalu’ in Vijaya Karnataka. Off the record is told because of ‘Vishwasa’. It is an introspection time too. Dr Jayamala corrected on the spot one of the articles in ‘Off the record’ that was related to Rajanikanth. On another topic of children neglecting the mother for cancer and father (well known actor) Dr Jayamala was of the opinion that such children are not children at all.

Ganesh Kasargod is Nyayavadhi, you have accepted your mistakes. That is a good quality. In addition to it the respect for woman fraternity from this is what I am seeing disclosed Dr Jayamala.

Vijayakka of Ajjimane did not thank Ganesh Kasargod on this occasion because that is too small. On getting recognition and status a column written by Ganesh Kasargod was responsible she expressed. In nine years I have got everything from Shrama and Pramanikathe she disclosed.

Ganesh Kasargod pointing to the ‘Paisa Vasool’ stated by anchor Shamantha (that was for buying this book she meant) took the new root to these two words referring to a few days before statement made by a journalist at the ‘Dushta’ film screening.
‘I make Vasool of Paisa for the good of others. I do not take for myself’. I would go on doing it like this Ganesh Kasargod quoted why he did such ‘Paisa Vasool’.

How Deepika got 'Rana'

Though the south Indian magnum opus Rana is yet to take off, it has been making enough news. Now, here is an interesting tidbit on how the long legged beauty Deepika Padukone landed in the leading role. It is heard that director K S Ravi Kumar had the big girl with bold curves Sonakshi Sinha in mind. However, superstar Rajinikanth and Sona's father Shatrughan Sinha are close friends and even their families are known to each other. So, it would be rather odd for Rajini to romance an old friend's daughter. Hence the change says a source.
